A web based application developed for Ophthalmology, used in the field today as a means of simulating various scenarios of laser eye surgery. Rather than a standard mobile app, the simulation was created entirely in HTML5 and is web hosted as a means of adding broad accessibility to all web enabled devices. This means the application can be accessed and run on desktops, laptops, Mac, PC, mobile and even netbooks. The application can detect when the user is on a particular screen size and platform and can adjust accordingly. A PC experience will enable mouse input, whereas the iPad experience will adjust the interface experience and enable touch interaction, as required by the platform.
